Western Rockies Federal Credit Union sponsors a special Christmas stocking give away annually. This year the winner was Fruita Middle School's Sean Carter. The day he will remember is December 23.

The Carter family will be examining the contents of this huge Christmas stocking.

"My mom answered the phone," he said, "and sort of let me hear the voice that said I was the winner of the big stocking packed with Christmas stuff."
With much excitement, the family piled in the car and traveled to the Kokopelli Shopping Center, Fruita, where the credit union is located.
One thing for sure, there will be much time spent enjoying the contents of that stocking.
